From Highway 60 (east or west): Take the County Road 3 exit (east exit for Madelia). Turn left at the top of the exit ramp. Turn left at the 4-way stop onto Drew Avenue. The Health Care Center is one block down on your right-hand side. Madelia Optometric is in the lower level.

From Highway 15 (southbound): Do NOT take the Madelia/LaSalle Road!!! Instead, turn right immediately before the junction with Highway 60, onto County Road 58. There is a blue sign directing toward the hospital. County Road 58 turns into Drew Ave. Go straight at the 4-way stop. The Health Care Center is one block down on your right-hand side. Madelia Optometric is in the lower level.
